Westcott Tenotomy Scissors – Wide Handle

wide handle, curved blunt tips, 5-1/2″ (14.0 cm) ?Westcott Tenotomy Scissors are a commonly used tool in ophthalmologic procedures. The scissors are designed to cut the tendonous insertion of the extra-ocular muscles or for the incision of Tenon’s capsule. The wide, spring loaded handle of the scissors is designed to reduce physician fatigue while providing increased control. The scissors are available in either a right or left handed model depending on physician preference.
