Pacifico Sternal Retractor is ideally suited for use in cardiothoracic surgery to keep the sternum open when accessing the surgical field. This instrument features two arms which have two blades affixed to each to offer optimal support and assure the space remains open during the procedure. This retractor also comes with an ratcheting arm that allows for each adjustment of spread open insertion as well as during the procedure is necessary.
