Pediatric Finochietto Retractor is used in thoracic pediatric surgeries to grant greater access to the surgical field. It features a ratchet mechanism for easy accomplishment of appropriate retraction. The retractor is manufactured in Germany by expert instrument makers, and is comprised of operating room grade stainless steel.
