Burford-Finochietto Rib Spreader is a highly-customizable instrument utilized in cardiothoracic procedures that is formed from aluminum or stainless steel and is used to keep the surgical field accessible. This rib spreaders come equipped with two curved arms as well as two pairs of detachable blades each of which is fenestrated to allow a dispersal of pressure over a larger surface area reducing deformation and is available in three spread sizes: 8″, 10″ and 12″.
