T-shaped jaws w/ fine teeth, 6-1/4″ (16.0 cm)

Pratt-Smith Hemorrhoidal and Rectal Tissue Grasping Forceps may be utilized during surgical procedures that involve the removal of hemorrhoids, referred to as a hemorrhoidectomy. The t-shaped concave jaws have fine teeth on the edge that help to grasp the hemorrhoid to assist in its removal. Additionally, this forceps may be used in other urinary or rectal procedures to grasp surrounding tissue.
