The black and gold titanium nitride surface treatment hardens and protects the instrument body and cutting surface for a durable, smooth gliding action. These coated rongeurs do not need sharpening as often as traditional rongeurs, thus reducing operating costs and enhancing service life. Additionally it is available in 6", 7", 8", 9", 10" and 11" and at either 40 degrees or 90 degrees up or down making it well suited for a vast array of surgeries that require manipulation of very small and delicate tendons and cartilage.
