Aortic Exclusion Clamp are ideally made for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures in which there is a need to exclude a certain portion of the aorta. The unique “S” shaped curvature of the jaws makes it contoured to fit the unique curvature and shapes necessary of atraumatic clamping of vessels. Although this instrument could have a wide application on other vessels it is designed for use in clamping of the aorta. This instrument is comprised of premium German operating-room grade stainless steel.
