Cooley Derra Anastomosis Clamp is designed for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures that require anastomosis of two vessels. These clamps are specially designed to partially occlude major vessels like the carotid artery, aorta, or inferior vena cava especially in situations where full obstruction of flow is not necessary. Also this instrument features calibrations at 5 mm intervals to give a way to quickly and accurate give measurements while in surgery. This instrument is available in three different jaw sizes: small, medium and large making it able to accommodate a wide variety of vessel sizes and surgical scenarios.
