Cooley Acutely Curved Clamp is designed for use in cardiothoracic surgeries. This instrument is designed to clamp vessels to reduce or completely block blood flow during surgery to allow the procedure to continue in a certain anatomical location where the blood is no longer able to flow through. These clamps feature an angled shanks as well as jaws calibrate at 5 mm intervals. Additionally, this instrument is available in three sizes: small, medium and large to accommodate a variety of patient sizes and a the wide variety of vessels that this clamp can be used on.
