Cooley Aorta Retractor is ideally used in cardiothoracic surgeries in which aortic retraction is necessary. This instrument is comprised of premium German operating-room grade stainless steel. It is formed into a flat double-ended windowed metal strip with each blade equipped with fine teeth. This retractor is cleanly designed for optimal control when aortic retraction is necessary while allowing the surgical field to remain accessible.
