A variety of orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures such as total hip replacement or repair of bone fracture such as in the spinal cord require the placement of wires or pins. These accessories aid in giving the operated upon areas increased stability and accelerates the healing process while reducing the chances of trauma. This cutter is available in two lengths 7″ and 8″ and able to cut wire in diameter up to 1.5 mm or 1.7 mm respectively.
