Silicone Brain Spatula can be used in many ways especially as an extension of the surgeons hands and aids in handling of the delicate brain tissue during neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies. In these types of procedures there is increased manipulation of these soft tissue layers and an these spatulas are designed to make this interaction as atraumatic as possible. This spatula is made of copper and coated with black silicone and gives this instrument some malleability. Additionally it is available in four widths: 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 9.0 mm and 11.0 mm to satisfy a vast array of surgical needs.
