Pediatric Finochietto Retractor is used in thoracic pediatric surgeries to grant greater access to the surgical field. It features blue anodized titanium construction for more strength and less weight, and has an easily adjustable ratchet mechanism used to achieve the desired retraction. The titanium also makes this item non-magnetic.
